We have an exciting opportunity to join our highly successful Education Support Centre judged Outstanding by OFSTED.
We are currently looking for a highly motivated, dedicated and multi-skilled Site Managerto work across our two sites in Grove Hill and Adeyfield, Hemel Hempstead.
The right candidate will be dedicated, flexible, enthusiastic, adaptable and able to work on their own initiative. Responsibilities will include site security (opening and locking up both Centres), general maintenance, repair, redecoration and some cleaning duties. You will also have responsibility for monitoring Health & Safety on site. You will hold a current driving licence and own your own vehicle. We offer generous training and development opportunities.
We are a highly successful Pupil Referral Unit supporting the needs of local primary and secondary schools and working with pupils who have been permanently excluded or who are at risk of permanent exclusion at our Key Stage 3 and 4 Centres.

The hours are 37 per week 52 weeks per year, 24 days holiday with annual holidays taken during the school holidays by mutual agreement. We will operate a split shift between 7:30am and 7:30pm, however, a flexible approach to the needs of the organisation is a necessity. Visits/informal conversations are most welcome
